“Proservice” LTD – hereinafter “Proservice”
Servers belonging to “Proservice” LTD – hereinafter “Servers”
User of any service of “Proservice” LTD – hereinafter “User”
Please carefully read the “Service Use Rules” and ensure that each clause is clear and acceptable to you.
By using or ordering any “Proservice” service, you automatically agree to these rules published on the Proservice website.
“Proservice” reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of violation of these rules.
The company may also temporarily suspend servers for maintenance purposes (not exceeding 4 hours per month).
“Proservice” may update these rules at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
Users are prohibited from using services for illegal purposes or distributing content that violates Georgian law.
On Shared Hosting, the following are also prohibited:
In case of excessive resource usage, services may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
PHP Configuration:
Users must provide accurate and complete contact information and update it when necessary.

Payments must be made in advance according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly).
You will receive an invoice 5 days before the due date.
In case of non-payment, the service will be suspended. Data may be deleted after 20 days without notice.
“Proservice” performs backups, but users are responsible for keeping their own copies. It is recommended to back up data at least once per week.
