At that time, stable hosting services practically did not exist in Georgia, and a large portion of websites were hosted on foreign servers. "Proservice" was one of the first to start creating a local hosting infrastructure.

On March 2, 2003, an important stage in the company's history came - fiber-optic Internet was introduced to the office of "Proservice" LLC, the installation of which was carried out by the Internet provider "Delta Com".

During the same period, the company deployed its first Shared Hosting server and signed a partnership with an international hosting control panel provider - DirectAdmin.

The first international domains .com, org, net, info were registered by Proservice. Domains such as kazbegi.com, natakhtari.com, lomisi.com and others were registered with us.

In November 2007, the company acquired its own office.

This was an important step both for the company's image and for improving the quality of customer relations. A small data processing center (Data Center) was organized in the new space, which fully met the company's technical requirements at that time.

Acquisition of Serv.ge and Market Leadership

This decision increased the number of the company's subscribers by approximately 15% and established Proservice as one of the leading companies in the Shared Hosting segment in Georgia.

In 2012, the company acquired the assets and users of hosting.ge and unlimited.ge from Intelcom Group LLC.

This stage was important in terms of business scaling — both the client base and the variety of services offered increased.

In 2017, the company made a strategic decision to build its own modern data processing center.

For this purpose, a 1800 sq. m. plot of land was purchased from the state through an auction and design work began. The architectural company Art House worked on the project.

In 2018, Proservice LLC became the official registrar of the .ge domain, and by this time the company's portfolio already had more than 1,000 registered international domains.

In 2019, the construction of a new data processing center and office was completed and the building was put into operation.

The data center was equipped with modern infrastructure:

• Temperature and humidity monitoring;

In the same year, another hosting company joined the company - LLC "U Look", which transferred its assets to "Proservice".

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious challenge for global businesses.

Despite the difficult environment, Proservice LLC ensured uninterrupted service delivery and maintained a stable infrastructure for customers.

The company paid special attention to the health and safety of its employees and actively supported the vaccination process.

In 2021, the company took an important step in the ecological direction — solar panels were installed on the roof of the office.

The system generates an average of 27-29 kWh of electricity per day and represents the company's contribution to the development of renewable energy in Georgia.

The project was implemented by the company "Mze", and co-financing was provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The number of .ge domains registered with the company has exceeded 15,000. In total, including international domains, the company's portfolio includes more than 17,000 domain names.
